It is with immense pride and a deep sense of responsibility that I welcome you to Dr. S. P. Singh College of Teacher Education. As the founder and chairman of this institution, as well as of Arya Vidyapith—a name synonymous with quality education in East Champaran—it has been my life’s mission to expand the frontiers of meaningful learning, particularly in regions where access to such education has traditionally been limited.

Established under the aegis of the Kunti Shankar Educational Trust, our college was born out of a vision to create not just certified teachers, but passionate educators who understand the true essence of teaching—nurturing minds, shaping character, and guiding society toward progress. Over the years, we have remained steadfast in our belief that a teacher’s role is not limited to delivering lessons, but extends to being a mentor, a role model, and a beacon of hope for generations to come.
